Croissants
We labor over our croissants to create light and flaky pastries that you could expect to see in a Paris café. The trick to a perfect croissant is the delicate process of layering alternating thin sheets of dough and fresh butter. Once the formed dough goes into a hot oven the water in the butter evaporates and creates the many beautiful layers that make croissants a favorite pastry treat. We bake savory and sweet croissants to suit all tastes.

We think cinnamon rolls shouldn’t feel like lead in your tummy. So our signature cinnamon rolls are made with croissant dough for a unique take on this household favorite. After we spiral the cinnamon dough around itself we top it with pecans and raisins and top with a glaze.
Brioche
Brioche is a yeasted bread that incorporates butter, milk, and eggs. It requires a lengthy process that includes two proofing stages to achieve a rich and tender crumb, and has a thin golden brown crust. Often others cheat by reducing the butter or eliminating a proofing stage but we know the French wouldn’t approve.
