Consistent with our bread and pastry lines, Parisian Star Desserts is committed to high quality ingredients and time honored traditional methods. Chef Pierre Fauvet founded Parisian Star Desserts. He enrolled in culinary school in his native France when he was just fifteen years old, and has been hand crafting fabulous treats ever since.

Our desserts are a delectable mix of European-style technique and the finest Pacific Northwest ingredients available. Each cake, torte, tart and cheesecake is made in small batches, entirely from scratch, and we work hard to ensure the finished treats look like culinary jewels. Some are drenched in glossy chocolate, while others boast playful meringue curlicues or artfully arranged poached fruit.
